Perfect with coconut infused curry

This wine is made from the Picpoul grape in the South of France

The grapes were hand harvested and gently pressed in a pneumatic press

fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new and two year old French oak prior to bottling

It is a balanced dialogue between Pinot Noir (40%) and Chardonnays (39%) with Meunier (21%)

The palate is rich and juicy with plums and dark cherries

including notes of blackberry

Whilst the majority of production is from traditional varieties

voluptuous rosé

and harvesting is by hand into 200kg crates
