Heron Hanger advent calendarThis design features the majestic heron, surrounded by its wetland home. This design was inspire by the Great Blue Heron of the Americas, but you could also use white and grey tones to create the Grey Heron of Asia. The wall hanging table runner requires 3 hoopings as there are three different blocks included. The panels are then joined together and the backing is added using a sewing machine.

This is an ITH (in the hoop) machine embroidery design and finished using a sewing machine

The design matches with all of our other Animal Flags and similarly comes with a thread chart

All four blocks are sewn together and the backing is attached using a regular sewing machine

All of the appliqué designs can be made in a 4x4 hoop (the angel and lights can either be made in a single 5x7 hoop or across two 4x4 hoopings)
