This experimental lot features the Purple Caturra varietal paired with the Co Ferment Washed process technique mastered by Rodrigo. The complex cup profile has ripe pineapple sweetness and creamy coconut vibes. It stays tropical and breezy from start to finish. This coffee encourages you to slow down a notch and take it easy.
