Besame Mucho SaisonBesame mucho is a bochet mead made with caramelized honey. We used 100% buckwheat honey, caramelized it slightly and fermented with almost subthreshold amount of strawberry juice just to compliment buckwheat aromatics. Then it was aged with decent amount of vanilla beans to round things up and give you smooth ad pleasant buckwheat experience.

Aged for 27 Months in a Weller Barrel

After over 2 years of waiting we inserted 150 Madagascar vanilla pods into the beer

However for this one we aged this delightful batch of King Snake in some lovely Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels

we chose to express the Cascade hop from Freestyle Farms by dry hopping this light

which is is made from the fermentation of 240 g of Mirabelle plums by liter of lambic

our coveted Imperial Stout w/ Maple & Coffee

We blended Bestowed from Russel's Reserve and Barton 1792 barrels and conditioned it on all of our favourite adjuncts
