Apple varieties in the mix were mostly Szara Reneta together with Golden Delicious

slight roast and berries is a product of a complex brewing technique combined with the carefully monitored maturation in oak barrels

We wanted to recreate that experience but in a way that only a bourbon barrel aged stout can truly deliver

each sip is a close encounter with interstellar decadence

The resulting beer underwent extended bottle maturation before release
