Starting with biodynamic viticulture in 2009, the decision was made at Chteau Palmer to convert its entire vineyard in 2014. Having built its legend on vintages that have become legendary, Chteau Palmer continues to write its history under the direction of the talented Thomas Duroux.

We fermented the musts using a combination of pump-overs

Rain then injected the vines with energy and strength and kick-started the continuation of the phenolic ripening process

The vineyard dedicated to Château Canon Premier Grand Cru Classé covers 24 hectares

Cos d'Estournel appears majestically

with wonderful density and maturity
