It was then finished with toasted organic coconut from Sri Lanka and vanilla from Madagascar. We racked this onto freshly destoned and crushed white nectarines at a rate of over 600 grams of nectarines per liter

while they took one of our recently emptied bourbon barrels (previously home to our Imperial Stout) to continue its journey

So after 30 months of aging in wooden barrels

the beer was transfered into apple brandy barrels for 8 to 12 months
