The Producer Ensamble (750 ml) appellation_RenoPart of The Producers village focused range, Ensamble is a small batch mezcal crafted in Santiago Matatln, Oaxaca. A field blend of multiple agaves, it balances green, spicy notes with citrus brightness, floral lift, earth, and gentle smoke. Traditional methods throughout: agaves roasted in an earthen horno fired with oak, crushed by donkey pulled stone tahona, fermented in wood for 1113 days, then double distilled in copper. Bottled at 40. 2% ABV.
