Gentle Folk 'Vin de Sofa' Adelaide Hills 2021 no-wrapinGentle Folk are based in the Mount Lofty Ranges, east of the city of Adelaide, working vineyards at around 500 600m of elevation. Their 'Vin de Sofa' is a pun on the French phrase 'vin de soif,' or 'wine of thirst,' meaning an easy going wine that's simple and meant to quench your thirst. This version is built from whole cluster Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc with a splash of Gewrztraminer blended in. Light, playful, good for when you're thirsty.
