Dr. Bernard Ars, M.D., Ph.D, is E.N.T. surgeon and specialist in rehabilitation of hearing and speech (communicative disorders).
He was first resident of the late Professor Jean Marquet
He presented his Ph.D. thesis, in 1982, entitled : "Tympanic part of the temporal bone", at the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
Dr. Bernard Ars is also a Bachelor of Philosophy.
